Training
Personal training is one on one health and fitness private training. Primarily it’s to motivate, educate and coach you to achieving results and attaining your personal fitness goals.
Each training session is designed specifically for you and your fitness goals, which makes it so effective. With Personal Training there’s guidance and reassurance that you are performing the exercises with correct technique, without the risk of injury.
Before the training we will have short interview. I will ask you questions about your health, injuries, your goals and needs.
Trainings will take one hour and I use combinations of boxing, kickboxing, TRX and weights. We work hard, but we never forget to have a fun.

Couples Training
Sharing a workout with your partner is a great way to enjoy some together-time and paves the way to a healthy, active lifestyle. During the session, I like to add exercises that you both can do together so you can work in a team, motivate each other and communicate better while getting fit and healthier.
Group Training
Small Group training is a very good alternative if you find the costs of one-on-one guidance too high. Small Group training offers the benefits of working intensively with a personal trainer at a lower rate and together with others. A Small Group consists of a maximum of 4 people. With this limited scope, everyone can get the individual attention they need. Exercising together is often extra motivating and challenging!
